ASM and AAM Integration

When integrating BIG-IP ASM with BIG-IP AAM (Advanced Automation Module):

  • The Policy Builder periodically applies a policy that invalidates the BIG-IP AAM cache.

  • It is recommended to use BIG-IP AAM only after Automatic Learning is complete and disabled to avoid conflicts.

  • For performance-critical websites, you can select a Rapid Deployment Policy template that does not require continuous learning.
