Enforcement Readiness Summary
Enforcement Readiness refers to the status of various entities as they move through the stages of being monitored and enforced by the security policy. Below is a summary of the different stages of enforcement readiness:
Not Enforced:
The requests for the entity are not blocked, but security processing is still applied. The system collects requests for analysis.
Not Enforced and Have Suggestions:
The entity has learning suggestions that need to be reviewed by the administrator. The system provides suggestions based on observed behavior or traffic patterns.
Ready To Be Enforced:
The entity is ready to be enforced because its enforcement readiness period has expired, and no new changes have been detected during the staging phase.
Tip for Enforcement:
At any time, entities that have no further changes (i.e., have not triggered any new suggestions) during their staging period can be immediately enforced by selecting "Enforce Ready".
This ability to fine-tune enforcement allows for a balance between security and application performance, ensuring that the security policy becomes progressively stricter as the application and its traffic become better understood over time.
